People have this idea that they are weak willed and that’s just the way they are. Working with tens of thousands of people, I have found that if a person is on the CORRECT program for their body type they WILL get results. However, when creating health, there can be a delay in noticing actual weight loss results. You first will get feedback in improved energy, fewer cravings and feeling better overall.
